Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle method of evaluation and enhancing the functioning of the body using a very light touch to ease tension in the tissues around the head, spine, and pelvis. It aims to help your body unwind and restore its natural balance.
The treatment name refers to the CranioSacral System, comprised of the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. A CST practitioner uses a light touch to release restrictions in the craniosacral system. This has been shown to help improve the function of many systems in the body including the the central nervous system, endocrine, circulatory and musculoskeletal systems. A CST practitioner works with the person and their tissue restrictions as a facilitator to support the body’s innate healing ability.
CranioSacral CST has been shown to help: Headaches, Migraines, low back pain, menstrual pain, digestion/constipation, whiplash, concussion, shoulder pain, tinnitus, vertigo, sleep challenges, and anxiety.
Upledger CranioSacral Therapy is typically done following a 10 step protocol but techniques can be added into a regular Massage Therapy treatment as needed.

Visceral Manipulation (VM) is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body’s ability to release restrictions that can cause pain and dysfunction. Our organs are in continuous motion and are connected to other structures in the body via connective tissue (fascia). If there is restriction in this fascia, it can be transmitted to other structures and show up as pain.

VM can benefit : Headaches and migraines, sciatica, chronic musculoskeletal pain, back, hip and knee pain, whiplash, vertigo and restricted range of motion to name a few.
